Return Process

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified about the status of your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated period:

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
